Today was a good day!
My breakfast seems heavy but I basically stayed under my calories.
The weekend is coming and so are many other challenges.
I pray I don't crave any fast food.
I will be doing some major gym this weekend. Probably spend a couple hours in the gym!
Weigh-in is monday!
