thanks Paula :) took me a couple of tries to get the timing right. For a 200-250gr piece of chicken breast I pre-heat the fryer to 200°C, put it in, fry it for 13 minutes, then flip it and fry it for another 7 minutes. Comes out done, crisp outside but juicy inside. The trick is to pre-heat the fryer, keep the temp at 200, not opening it to check, and only flip it once. I use a small 1.5lt air fryer btw
