Today- 3/31 is the first day of "Couch to 5-K" training. I walked for 6 minutes; then jogged for 1 minute. Then, I repeated it three times. Afterwards- I felt awesome!! I will do this twice more this week...then slowly increase the jogging. At the end of 8 weeks, I should be able to run. It is a personal goal.
I would like to run in a half marathon this time next year.
