Aq tuh yah skrng jdi kebiasaan klo gym harus minum kopi dlu… pdahal kalo udh minum kopi jadi susah tidur klo udh malem jg.. selalu begadang .. baru bisa tdur jam 3an gtu… bagusnya gmna yah?? Ttep pake kopi g yah?? Klo g pake kayak kurang semangat aj gtu.. hmm dilema dehh🙃
