The weight seems to be coming off quickly, and while I'm excited this hard work is paying off I'm getting nervous that my body will put it right back on when I go back to a maintenance level of eating! How quick is too quick?
I'm eating mostly protein and fat. Just in case, I've been eating with no calorie deficit two-three days a week, and having occasional treats in the sweets and carbs, while staying around my target RDI. I haven't started exercising regularly/intensely yet but I want to start that once I reach my goal weight to help my metabolism not freak out? Any suggestions?
