We got some wind, rain, and small hail last night, but the really bad stuff passed us by. I got to bed before 10, then the wind and hail started around 11 and kept me tossing and turning until around 1 a.m., so I'm going to be sleepy today. I am thankful though that no one was injured anywhere in our state and our town didn't get hit with any tornados.
I did my workout after work yesterday and my hip is feeling a little better today. The running is definitely the culprit for the pain so I may have to build back up to running slowly and work on strengthening my hip flexors. I'm thinking about doing the beginning workouts of my couch to 5K app again to build back up, those are more walking and less running, so we'll see if it helps. We're signed up for a Superhero 5K on the 4th of July, so I need to work on getting that hip better this month.
