Yesterday went pretty well, I exercised during my kids naptime yesterday and ate really well until supper and then over did a little, I was just so hungry. We'll see how today goes. I know T.O.M. will be here today or tomorrow, so that will throw me a curve ball but I can handle it because I'm gonna do this, I can do it!!
Bowled on league last night and after the good bowling on Sunday, I figured last night would be painful, but I bowled a 154, 201, and 179. My average is 143 so whoo hoo it was awesome alot of fun!!!
