Went for a run yesterday, and suffering from hip pain pretty bad today. Ugh. I guess it's about time to call the doc to get the word on what I need to do to fix it. My stretches have been helping the left side, I hardly have any pain in the left, but my right hurts to walk. I may just have to take time off from running until it heals and find something else that won't hurt, but I want to check with the doc to see what I can and can't do. I'm just done feeling like crap because my hip hurts, so I need to do something other than complain about it. :)
On to other news. There is supposed to be some severe weather here today. Sounds like it will hit between 4 and 9, so hopefully I make it home before it hits too bad. My poor hubby has to work early and will have to work in it, so I'm hoping it's not as bad as they're expecting. 34 years ago today our town was hit with 7 tornados that wiped out some of the town, but luckily I think everyone survived. I'm hoping we don't have a repeat of that though.
I was in a hurry this morning, so my food today isn't the best, cereal for breakfast (2 bowls!) and PB&J for lunch. Oh well, I guess I could have opted for fast food, so at least I made the better decision to take the little time I had to make something. Tonight since I'll be stuck inside I'm hoping I can get my lunch ready for tomorrow.
