You can do this!

There are times when you will feel over whelmed.

I personally am getting a full feature film ready to shoot in July, casting, planning, marketing, etc. that I will be directing too.
I am about to get a new house in a beautiful location - and dealing with the stress of all of that plus the move.
I have a company that I need to keep "a float" and make sure income keeps coming in.
I have a partner that I need and want to keep happy and not be neglected.

All of this and more!!!

How do I do it?

Only by doing one thing at a time.

My thoughts are every where - scattered and erratic. When something comes up, I have to add it to my growing list BUT then I deal with it when I finish the task at hand.

Even though we all think we are capable of "multi-tasking" - we can not do this. You can ONLY handle one thing at a time. It may be quick. It may need more focus. It may be daunting. But you can only handle that one thing.

But take the stress and the feeling of "too much to do" and turn it into energy and excitement. You can do this!

What a great life! Full. Fast. Changing. Challenging.

KNOW that you will succeed and be fine. KNOW that you can do this and it will be awesome.

KNOW that - and you will be fine.

It's not because you CAN - it is because you WILL!!!
