Been cutting down on carbs and refined sugars... have had a bite here and there, but that is it. Trying to increase my water intake. Tired of telling people what I am trying because of all the negativity... would rather now just do it and then let them know how later. My sugars were on the higher end and my RA factor came back positive so I want to get my life back as well as my health.
