Second Journal Entry. Does anyone else have trouble eating sweets in the middle of the night? I ate a Little Debbie Cake in the middle of the night 2 nights ago. It seems to comfort me and make me fall back asleep. I need a new middle of the night hobby. Any suggestions?
Also I am not weighing in everyday folks. Maybe a couple times a week. I think it can become an obsessive and worrisome activity if you let it. I have learned to not put myself into that kind of agony often.
