OK Day 1 of doing this right!! I'm planning on journaling alot in hopes that it will keep me on track and my emotions in check. I woke up feeling quite refreshed this morning. I had a three egg white omelet with salsa and a piece of toast. I am going to work out today when my daycare children are napping, not "I'm going to try to workout today when my daycare kids are napping" I'm GOING to do it today!! I plan on being like the little engine that could, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I did it!!! Hope everyone has a great day!!!
