its the weekend so thats trouble for me. When Im at work I am busy so food isn't an issue except for the goodies the girls bring in but I can avoid those. At home on weekends I find myself craving the bad foods and generally giving in and eating them. My goal TODAY is to avoid the bad foods, drink my water, eat my healthy good for me foods and get in my exercise.
