I feel I am doing pretty good. Rob is on board..telling me about calorie count on a pizza he cooked (!)---I thought "he is going to kill me!". Ate Mexican yesterday but had chicken taco salad and only half of the shell...next time will ask for more lettuce and no shell.
Went to Dairy Quuen twice in Daytona then to Steak and Shake the last day. We see how Mike enables Cindy.."you want a milkshake, baby?...you going to prime rib..key lime pie, banana pudding?" She thinks that protein shake solves everything.
