We had a huge snow last night. I spent a good deal of the morning wadeing throught snow above my knees. I went out and feed my horse. I dug snow from around the gates so I could open them. I am extremly sleepy tonight. My soul mate wanted breakfast for super. Pancakes were not so great for me, but I did not eat much today. The choice could have been better.

Wow, looking at all that exercise and it is not what you eat(yes could have better but you knew that), it is how much you eat (moderation is the key). Even the occasionly junk food can not hurt you if you keep it within limits - I will eat only 5-6 pringle chips @ 11 calories each (66 calories) but sometimes you got treat yourself... Hope your weather gets better
