I have noticed that the exercise calorie counter is really, really wrong. It was telling me I bruned over 300 calories for simply walking 20 minutes and 3.2 mph...which isn't even close. Anyways, I started entering my calories by using a separate sorce, just putting it as "other" under exercise here.
In general, I have completed 500 calories every single work-out. I am hoping that this will help more than just fat loss, but weight loss too! I want this frustration to end.
I work out Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday! Yay :)
