I love not eating! Today has been an almost perfect day :)
But I'm starting to feel a little dizzy... I suppose I just have to get use to it again. I was perfect once, and I remember I could go through the entire day with 50 calories and feel just fine... Getting there again :)

If you are dizzy, then you should eat something. It can mean your blood sugar is dropping and it can be a problem. It's your body telling you something.

50 calories? What do you eat??? My morning coffee and apple have more than that! I feel bad eating under 1300! You have to eat to keep your metabolism and normal body functions going!

Thanks Suzi161 I actually ate as you suggested and I feel much better, it's just that I'm not good at control and I "mindlessly eat" all the time so I was afraid of binging, usually if I eat something I eat everything, so I rather eat nothing... but it went well! njashka8, I kind of had an E.D. so... it was easy for my to just eat two crakers with sugar free marmalade, black coffee and diet coke... so, it wasn't healthy but I kind of miss it :/ I was skinny and beautiful... Now I'm fat and I don't feel pretty :/ Anyway thanks for writing, really helps me to cheer up! Thanks to you both :)

It is really important to eat healthy. I started this challenge to encourage people to eat healthily. Please don't go below 500 calories. If you go over the 1,200 it is not the end of the world. If you binge eat, no problem. Try again tomorrow. Try and think about what your eating. You are beautiful no matter what size you are. If you loose weight quickly you are more likely to gain the weight back on. Also if your not eating properly it can cause serious health problems. Good luck :-)
