This weekend is just going to be a downward spiral. I'm counting it as a loss and start over next week. I'll do what I can to eat better, but it's bbqs and beer and pool time and parades and lots of time with friends. I'm going to enjoy and not worry.

Enjoy your friends and the holiday weekend. The pool will be exercise, talking to your friends uses calories, BBQ can be semi-healthy...maybe cut back on the beer? You can still have fun, cut back on the empty calories, and not feel defeated when it's over. Moderation, right? Have fun!
