Yesterday I went out shopping with my sister and did ok for the most part. I had to find things as close to the food I ate to log it but I am still not sure how correct it is. I probably did not go over my rdi and with my workout I am sure I still burned more calories than I ate but the two cookies with milk at 10 pm I am sure did me no good.
Today I got up and starting working out on my bike with some small weights and my husband brings in a mocha frappe with chocolate coffee beans for me.
I gave half to the kids ( ya I know ) and drank the rest but I am going to me much better for the rest of the day. Should have added some protein powder to it at least :{
I have some extra workouts to do today to make up for yesterday's cookies.
I bought Marisa Tomei's hula hoop workout kit, so I will be getting that in soon and it comes with three workouts and a 1 1/2 lb hoop so I think that will be a lot of fun. That should bring my workout dvd's to around 20! I get bored.

That's too funny. When my son was one year old we were out shopping and put my Starbucks drink down for a second only to find whipped cream all over his face and his newfound love for coffee. Must explain a lot! I heard about that workout so let us know how you like it! Have a great one!

Look at your drop on your graph. It's so pretty! I caved and had a nice bowl of cool ranch doritos tonight, and now I feel a all blah. You really are doing great. They have the skinny coffees now, and for a grande most are below 160 calories...can your hubby get that? I had a iced caramel machiatto skinny, and it was only 140 calories, and I loved it. The hula hoop sounds fun!

I told him about the skinny ones too. He is always trying to sabotage my diet ( thinks I am fine ) but this is not about what other people think it is for me and how I feel about myself. @Jennifer2010 my graph has not always been so pretty. I restarted after a three month break. Before that it was just up one pound then down one pound for over five months! Thanks guys for all the support and hope I can be there for you all as well.
