CARDIO X just about kicked my butt this morning. but I didn't eat anything before hand and started getting really hungry. Made it thru- thankfully its only 43 min. I wished I had made a protein shake like yesterday -sounds really yummy instead of the low sugar oatmeal i have in my desk. After work before my son's belt ceremony for sure! Feeling pretty good about staying on track
