Tonight at work was from you know where.. nothing went right.. just aggravated. Got off, one hour later than normal, and went to the apartment complex's exercise room- directly from work, (I have a dog that treats me like a king-- and I hate to walk into our apartment then leave again)..did my daily walk on the treadmill, a mile and a half at 3mph, and then on the bike for two miles. Felt good.. but tonight, about an hour and half later, my legs are burning.. especially my right knee, and my arm muscles are very sore. Even though I go 3.5 miles a day, I want to push myself more to 5 miles a day between both walking and biking.. but my knees are just not cooperating! UGH, not a good problem to have.. you know? Not really discouraged bout my "lack" of progress with my walk and biking.. maybe soon, I can increase it.. it was not that long ago since I added biking. I am exercising between 6 to 7 days a week, mostly at night--I have been using too many towels...lol.. I will cut back on the towel usage(Yuck)not my exercising--
I have noticed that OVERALL, my depression that I struggle with, has not raised it's ugly head <for the most part>.. yeah, I know I am asking for it..I am not staying that I have never, since my exercising,they are fewer.. and yes some friends of mine has seen my depressive, and frustrating moods, but it is further and further apart (it will hit when either I have stalled, or gained weight)..
I know that I am loosing weight very quickly, expecting to hit my wall, thought it was this week, but this morning I woke up and lost some more! I am wondering when it will be actual fat that is being taken off, and not "water weight"-
The other concern that I have is that since I am loosing quickly.. will I have flab left over? Not going to be worrying bout that.. just keep going on..

Good Morning Hoosier, I'm sorry to read that yesterday was such a bummer, but when I see your progress over the last month I am just amazed! Such consistent and dedicated effort is incredible. There is a lot of research that healthy eating and exercise both independently reduce depression. I don't know about the "flab" or sagging skin left after a large weight loss, but I bet there are people on this site who have experiences to share. I hope to day is a good day for you.

Admire your persistence! And that after a tough day you exercised rather than engaged in emotional eating. Way to go!
