Just wondering.. do you guys record everything in the exercises and activity- such as desk work, going to work, etc.. or just your exercises? (Which I am doing..) Just wondering..


Almost to the 40 lb weight loss.. 37.8 lost since 4/03/14

Great job on the weight loss and record what you feel comfortable.

I only record exercise sessions; I try to add other things like walking up two flights for the bathroom or parking at the farthest spot. I might start to journal my daily steps as a way of keeping track of that for myself.

I record to the best that I can. If it is on the list or I know all the information on what I did then I will put it in. Sometimes you have to make small changes to them if the are similar to each other, (I recently did one where I was digging up plants and either moving them to another spot, or getting them ready for a yard sale, and it was suggested to me to put it under weights). However you feel comfortable doing it. By the looks of things you are doing fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Sherrie.. the hardest time that I have is at night.. my wife works thirds, and she has email access.. we "talk" thru email.. and that is the time I munch.. on "bad food"... since Beginning of April, been munching on foods, but salads, and well air pop popcorn.. cutting out the sugary snacks.. Week and a half ago, I started to use the treadmill and stationary bike.. It has been hard, since my knees are not that great, but it feels good afterwards...
