I don't like the choices for exercise. I put in Dance (]light ) because it came closest to my calorie burn.

I actually did the exercise video Burn Fat & Get Fit by Susan Powter. It is a 45 minute video. But I did an additional 15 minutes of cardio so I would get in an hour long cardio session. This video entails cardio, weights and interval training.

I burned 430 calories. This is a fairly hard step aerobic exercise video.
