I had a bad physical and emotional day yesterday. The headaches were stomping on my last nerve! I just went and put my mp3 player on and listened to a book while I got a lot of yardwork done. Boy, I can feel it in my muscles today! I should probably have a rest day but I know that's not going to happen!
I know I should have taken measurements when I first started but I was too ashamed. :( I do reaslize that muscle weighs more than fat so the more excersize I do the less the scale is going to move. And I do know that doesn't mean I'm not losing. That's where I'll have to start going by how my clothes fit.
