The first 3 days I had to fight off the cravings. Now I'm always so stuffed that I don't think I'd eat that junk if I could. I'd possibly puke or get a gut ache. I've put in 4 miles walking today got 2 more when I go on my lunch break. I'm glad I got out my step counter cause I found that I am right on track where I was last year 4mph. I had been cheating myself in the exercise log department putting down 3 mph. Now I know better. I ran 10 fights of stairs this morning (22 stairs each) and worked my abs a little. I don't feel as bloated as I had last week. I told the girls at work about my goals and how I would reach them. They wanted to know...It was snack time for the kids and I did not really want to say anything since my co-worker was cramming down a cupcake for one of the kid's birthday's but...I let it rip sharing that I would NOT be eating snacks when the kids ate snacks, I'd walk (instead of sit) in the Gym while the kids were playing. The co-worker that had the cupcake snickered took the last bite of the frosting filled cupcake and said OH!!! Like that??? I laughed inside since it seemed to be a jealous remark. Like I said earlier I don't even have the cravings for the JUNK because I feel so full. Lunch at work looked nasty mac and chuncky cheese with fatty beef...an OH yeah I did not chow a bag of doritos eaither "LIKE THAT" I did not eat a fruit roll up for snack, or a rice krispy treat. Just stuff I know will give me energy and be less likely to stick to my hips. Hubby called to invite me to lunch today. I'd rather spend the money on a dinner date instead of a lunch date anyway. I think fast food and all I see is TOO MANY CALORIES. Any suggestions on Healthy eating out?
