Did not weigh this morning, but I will have my WW weigh in tomorrow. We have a reception after work this evening, so I will stick to the fruit and veggie trays.

It was really scary how fast I put on those 2.8 pounds but luckily I caught it in time to take it right back off. Just goes to show how easy it will come back on me. I have been more discipled eating wise this week and exercise, adding in my treadmill time with Shred. The extra cardio will help burn the excess fat. I still love my Shred workouts and recommend it to everyone!! The inches and toning I have experienced has been amazing.
