Enjoyed a wonderful 5 mile bike ride with my daughter today. I am so greatful for the this fabulous weather we are having. Wish it would stay this way for a few months.

I am hoping the way I am feeling is reflected on the scale tomorrow morning. I am also realizing how much better I feel when I exercise. Even if it is just a little, it makes a difference.
