Big challenge this week Will be on vacation - YEA But I will be in a motor home traveling surrounded by all the good food I use to eat Donuts, Cake, Cookies, Candy, Ice Cream and so much more...
Today was the first day - I stayed on plan Had a little treat to help me feel satisfied - 4 oz of peanuts I will allow myself a bag per day - but no more Also have some atkins bars so when they eat all the yummy stuff I can also have some chocolate
If I can just say NO to the corn dog and curly fries - then I can do anything!!
I pray that I can stay on plan Because even thought the food is good..... Being SLIM AND HEALTHY IS GOING TO TASTE EVEN BETTER!
