I had to record a gain on Sunday, so the past 3 days I have been watching every bite I eat. I basically just worked off and ate right to get back to where I was last week. Not a huge loss from a week ago, but considering I had gained 2.8 from last Wednesday weigh in to Sunday, I am happy to be at least back to square one again. I still can make my 25 pound loss goal.
78.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It was scary to see just how fast I could put it on. Luckily I took it back off. That is why I will have to weigh in religiously even after I hit my goal. If I don't keep on top of it, it will come back fast :(
