Ok, the last few weeks (months) I have not been doing well with my eating. I have gone completely off diet and have been eating a lot of fast food and very fattening food. I feel a little ok with it since I have not gained back a lot, but I have to say that when I eat better food, I feel so much better. I have been really tired lately and feeling a little down. Food is having a lot to do with that. I am starting at square one on Monday of next week and will follow extreme fat smash to the letter! I was doing so well and I know that I can get back on track with a little effort!
A little planning ahead this weekend and I will be in good shape!
