I survived the "Lost Weekend". My sister visited-probably gained 5 lbs. Pizza, sweets, ice cream, pasta, wine, chocolate and tequila-and that was just Saturday!!! Did little exercise, stepson graduated Music School-that was wonderful. Wind storm on Sunday freaked me out, blew down fence, house tiles, etc. The house is infested with termites. Don't want to tent-want to do orange oil but everyone is saying it won't work. Went to the dentist-she said I am destroying my tooth enamel and gums by grinding my teeth. Got fitted for a new type of mouth guard. Maybe it will work. Got shot up with antibiotics and will go back in two weeks to see if I need more work on the gum area. It hurts! Did I mention that the beast stinks?! I have to give him a bath-oh why do I have such a big dog?
I have not posted my food or exercise for last three days-feeling too vulnerable right now.
Today is a better day-only had three pieces of candy and a small bit of chocolate pudding. Logged it all and feel better-more in control.
Working 12 hrs a day-I am so grateful to have the business but having hard time keeping up.
Hope all is well with my buddies-I will catch up with everyone over the next few days.
