We are going out for a date night tonight to Pizza Olympia. I'm excited, not only because it will be a few hours of alone time with my husband but also because it will give me a chance to test my out to eat skills. I've already looked at the menu and have decided that I will have the Kalamarakia...it's lightly fried squid with a hint of lemon, served with spaghetti topped with marinara sauce & a soup or salad & bread. I'll be choosing the salad with a little light dressing to get my veggies in for the day, will give my husband the bread & I'll have a cup of spumoni ice cream for dessert, one of my FAVORITES! I plan on excersizing portion control & bringing leftovers home! FINGERS CROSSED!!
