My day is going well. Walked 15 min this am and worked out on the weight machine 15 reps for each exercise. Lunch was GREAT! Made a salad with tomato, blk olives, and a cut up grilled chicken breast (walmart brand frozen already cooked) and 2 TBSP of salsa ranch. DELISH! I am getting better with measuring out my portions. Now I need to up the water (tea actually) and the exercise.

You will do well. Stick to it. Maybe dressing up when you are working at home will make you feel better as you lose weight. Think of it as the office and dress nice:)

Chrissy, welcome to the Atkins way of life....it is a way of eating that is sustainable for life. Sounds like you are doing well. There are a few tips I can give you that will make things a little easier. The first is to use heavy whipping ceam in your coffee as opposed to creamer...no carbs and ups the calories which is really important. Use butter , kraft mayo, and olive oil. And try to avoid the Atkins bars they can caus your weight loss to stall due to the sugar alcohols. Also try to drink water as much as possible,a nd if you do drink tea, remember that you need to limit your splenda to 3 packets a day. Thanks Ctiss for the info on the Atkins Bars and I will try heavy whipping cream for my coffee. Of course I will accept your buddy request! Windrider, I will try and dress for the office, atleast start with putting on my makeup in the morning and as soon as I can fit back into my office wear I will try to dress up for the home office! Hubby may think I have lost it when I end up doing that but that will be fun! Thanks!

Woohoo I worked out again today. Did about 20 min of a hip hop dance workout dvd (all I could handle!) then did another 20 min of buns and thigh dvd and then ended with about 10 min of stretching! Hope I can walk in the morning LOL!
