New strategy - planning my meals ahead of time so I don't eat anth extra!
Somehow have to find time to go to the gym 2day, need to calibrate my foot pod on an indoor track but so MUCH work to do 2day!!! :-o

I planned all my runs already too! Thru April LOL I'm moving end of next week, 2miles away from the lake, will be running my ass off so much! :)

I set my meal plan up the night before that way I know exactly what I am doing when I get up in the morning. I have to see it so I know what I have for calories and it makes me less likely to sneak in a snack.

Best "diet" strategy is to plan your meals in advance. Have fun at the gym, missy!!!! I'll talk to ya later on this weekend ;)
