Thought of the day--If your lunch consists of eating samples at Cosco as you shop and no other actual lunch....Im wondering how in the world would you log cosco samples in for your lunch on your diet calender?! I think i may just leave it blank! hahahaa

I make a note of all the parts and later guess and find a single food that comes close to the calorie count and plop that in there. It's usually junky, sweet or fatty, and in all a guess. It's a SWAG. (Scientific wild *ss guess).
