I set a goal for myself to attempt to lose 30 pounds by June 1. I know it will be a challenge, but at 2 pounds a week avg it is doable. That would put me back to where I was June 2009 with an additional 10 pounds less. I have some adorable Summer stuff that I bought Fall 2009, that was a bit snug when I bought on sale. I just knew come Summer 2010 I would be in them....well that didn't happen, but this year I want to be able to wear them FINALLY.

Now I am not going to worry if June 1 rolls around if I haven't quite hit that mark, but I want to have a goal in mind and something to strive towards.

Then after I hit that mark, will focus on those last 20-30 pounds the last half of the year!!!

EXCERCISE WILL BE MY KEY...I am going to continue working with groups of ladies on walking at lunch, etc. to keep me motivated.

My other goal will be to start logging in foods again. It is hard sometimes, but even if just jot them on a sticky note then go back in later and input will help.

I think that clothes are the best motovator for weight loss - you can do it, you just have to stay motovated! Maybe hang one of your purchases up on your bedroom door and look at it every day - it would work for me!

Yep you can do it! Spring time is coming and that will help keep you active too!
