My doubting Thomas husband had an Atkins meal last night and he got up this morning to find his blood sugar was the lowest it's been since he was diagnosed diabetic about 5 weeks ago! Lot of company coming today so I'll be busy with g-kids!

@ issysmom - Hubby has rarely turned up his nose to my "creations" lol Besides, he doesn't have to think about the meal.
