The last 5 days have been excruciatingly hard for me, I’ve been constipated ( first time in my life) I’ve been so bloated and full feeling, yet starving (my calories over these days has been between 800 - 1100 /day) this really sucks.

【How to relieve constipation】 1・Drink more water than usual 2・Increase the proportion of water-soluble dietary fiber. 3・Eat little by little every day of fermented foods. I personally think that if you do these three things, it will improve. ▽°|b✨
