Day off today, had to add some cereal in as I have been suffering from severe constipation since being on this low carb diet. Any suggestions from anyone as to how to get round this without ruining all the hard work?? xx

My GI is putting me on a prescription to deal with mine, but before it gets that severe for you, try adding a glass of Prune or Pomegranate Juice to your daily intake.
