Hopeful now that I have found this site. I am glad there is a place to track my food intake so I will ensure I am getting all the right amounts of carbs from vegies and I can watch the fat intake and calories. Cool. Need to push myself to workout more. one or two ten min. walks are not going to cut it anymore.
