Was up early this morning and took at 1.5 mile walk before daylight. It was a nice, crisp morning outside.

I just finished another 2.28 mile walk around the office neighborhood....maybe this is the answer I am needing to kick start my metabolism again. Consistant exercising.

I am starting to see results in how my clothes are fitting I just want to see the scales start to move now!

I lost the bulk of my weight when I was getting on the treadmill 2x a day for 40 minutes each time. I had a lot more to lose than you though, but I think your right - constant movement is the key!

Hope the weather remains nice for a while so can continue to get in the 2 miles at lunch. Except for of course the days I run errands. I have been trying to do the treadmill at night but kids always seem to destract me and since its in my son's room, once he goes to bed then I am unable to continue.

I think exercise is essential. For the "right" kind of loss, for feeling good, for kicking up metabolism ... for all kinds of reasons!!! YAY!!!

I noticed that as well. When I exercise I get the inches coming off, which makes me feel better, and keeps me motivated. Then eventually the scale shows it too! Good job!
