Any quick homemade remedy for bloating and constipation?
I went to an event yesterday and had a lot of finger food and that was the first time in over a month I break Omad. I feel nauseated, bloated and my stomach is hard as a rock.

acidophilus tablets or papaya enzyme tablets. The papaya works great for me and gets rid of the over-full, bloated feeling, plus it is chewable and tastes great!
