Resepnya:
- 25gr chia seed
- 150-175 ml uht low fat
- secukupnya buah untuk topping.
Langkah:
Rendam chia dgn uht minimal 2 jam atau bisa juga semalaman di kulkas. Tuang ke mangkuk. Sajikan dengan toping buah-buahan.
