150g cauliflower, 50g uncooked jasmine rice, 58g canned tuna, 2 eggs, ~150mL water - I roasted the cauliflower first, then put in the tuna. I let the rice toast for a while before putting in the water and then just before it cooks fully I add in the eggs to steam!
