Tepung 250gr, garam 1/2sdt sm air secukupnya, diadonin smpe kyak adonan roti trs di bentuk bulat and dipipihkan trs di panasin diatas teflon and api.. bisa dicari di youtube resepnya.. tepungnya bisa diganti sm tepung oat + tepung tanpa gluten..
