@Cica 600Kal sist.. tapi total kal ini aku makan 2x atau sama dengan 2x porsi yang aku foto diatas untuk lunch and early dinner jam 5..

Ini bikin sendiri kak roti chapati india gtu.. Tepung 250gr, garam 1/2sdt sm air secukupnya, diadonin smpe kyak adonan roti trs di bentuk bulat and dipipihkan trs di panasin diatas teflon and api.. bisa dicari di youtube resepnya.. tepungnya bisa diganti sm tepung oat + tepung tanpa gluten..
