I haven't been on here for a few weeks as I have been training hard for the 6 spin challenge which I completed on Saturday - raising £300 for Diabetes research - but whilst training so much I have been eating freely as I have needed the calories and - not so unbelievably I have gained weight. Now weather this is muscle or fat I don't know but I have now decided to put myself back on 1800 - 2000 calories a day ( as I am still spinning daily) and see how things go over the next couple of weeks....we will see.
Have to take a small break in June because of work commitments but after that it will be full on training for the climb up Snowdon at the end of July....bring it on
76.2 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
