I haven't been on here for a few weeks as I have been training hard for the 6 spin challenge which I completed on Saturday - raising £300 for Diabetes research - but whilst training so much I have been eating freely as I have needed the calories and - not so unbelievably I have gained weight. Now weather this is muscle or fat I don't know but I have now decided to put myself back on 1800 - 2000 calories a day ( as I am still spinning daily) and see how things go over the next couple of weeks....we will see. Have to take a small break in June because of work commitments but after that it will be full on training for the climb up Snowdon at the end of July....bring it on
