Lol That's what the renpho scale says but 🤷♂️...tbh I think I'm at 12%, everytime I drop under 170 lbs I feel pretty rough, physically and mentally

My comment had nothing to do with the decimal part. The number itself is really low and hard to achieve.

Your absolutely correct, getting down that low was definitely harder than expected. It took a lot longer than I thought it would...but with determination, discipline, and consistency, it is definitely achievable💯
