Yes, Paula, although I cannot lie it was lovely having other people think about the menus and do the cooking for a change!

I've never had Kefir before. Does it taste like yoghurt?

Hi Christa, yes it does taste like yoghurt, it’s on the tart side (assuming you get unsweetened) which is to my taste. It’s quite refreshing.
