Back off hols. BACK. ON. PLAN! No idea what’s happened weight wise yet. I’ve not been tracking but have been active and think I probably ate (and drank) slightly over maintenance. First time not trying to lose weight since xmas, so this will be a learning process. Certainly had plenty of fuel for an excellent body pump workout this morning!
