Today was my surgery to remove my gall bladder and fix an umbilical hernia. The weight is according to the hospital scale. That is a lot higher than what I have been weighing at home.

Lost so far: 8.6 kg.
Still to go: 16.3 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
